MAS Finishing is a family owned business that has been serving its customers in the Metal Finishing Industry for 3 generations and has over 40 years of experience!!
MAS Finishing has been the EXCLUSIVE distributor of the complete line of Roto-Finish equipment and supplies for the last 27 years in North and South Carolina.
In addition to being able to represent a full line of Vibratory Finishing Equipment including Standard Round, Square Tubs, and Oval Machines we also offer a full line of Hi Energy both Centrifugal Disc and Barrel Machines, Multi-pass equipment for continuous feed processing , COMBO Machines which include cleaning, deburring, or polishing parts and drying the parts ALL in the SAME machine using either our standard wet process, using media, chemicals, and water or just using part on part operations, with no media and only our chemicals and water. As well as our newly developed Dry Finishing Equipment and Media, that eliminates use of chemicals and water during the process. Add to this our line of Alkaline Parts Washers and Dryers, along with our waste minimization equipment and our newly developed Spiroblast Machine for EXTERNAL burrs (which combines both vibratory and shot blasting processes) and Reciproblast for INTERNAL burrs, a dry process, for removing INTERNAL burrs
Here at MAS Finishing we have the equipment and the experience to solve every vibratory finishing need. Should your particular application require some type of polishing, buffing, robotic, sanding, or grinding equipment we can also offer that to our customers through Hammond Machinery who owns Roto-Finish and offers us the best of both worlds to help solve your finishing problems.
In addition to selling all of the above mentioned equipment, MAS Finishing has a complete Vibratory Finishing Job Shop where we offer Job Shop Service contract work to our customers. With 17 machines and over 200 cubic feet of working capacity of equipment in our facility here in Monroe, NC just outside of Charlotte we offer our customers the ability to run parts up to 29" in diameter and up to 6 feet long in length!
Our Job Shop serves customers from as far as Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Florida, making us the Largest Vibratory Finishing Job Shop in the South East!!
